RETURNS and EXCHANGES
• We are happy to returns and exchanges of any materials purchased from our site within 15 days of purchase. However, we accept that these items are in unused condition, preferably with original packaging, tags, etc.
• To avoid the hassle of returning the suits due to size issues we advise that you try the suit on and test the fit. If you are unhappy with the size, please return or exchange by indicating the required size. Please send it across to our mailing address:
• Items must be returned in the condition you received them, and any return or exchange will be processed only after a thorough inspection. Any worn, damaged or used good will be returned to you, and will not qualify for a return or exchange. These goods need to be sent to us at your own cot.
• If you have purchased a BeeAttire product from another distributor, please contact them directly for returns and exchanges. If you need information about authorized distributors of Bee Attire, please contact us.
SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES
Shipping is free within the Continental United States and Canada. If any shipping charges apply for your region, we will you at the time of placing your order. Returns and refunds shipping costs will be borne by you. Please refer to our detailed Terms and Conditions.
SHIPPING outside of USA and Canada
We do ship to all countries internationally. Shipping applicable to such orders will apply at the time of making your online order. Custom duty can applicable according to Clients Country & Client will pay custom duty. Refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information.
How much time will the orders take to reach me?
Locally, we offer 24 hours timeframes after you have placed your order. However, you can get an estimate of your order arrival by tracking with the courier company. Delivery takes between 1-5 working days depending on where you are located.
International orders are shipped within 24 hours once the shipping charges are paid. You can expect your goods to reach you within 6 – 10 business days.
Goods can be returned within the 15-day cooling-off period, and subject to our terms and conditions, any refund due to will be processed at the earliest, but no later than 30 days from the notification day for cancellation. The goods will be only accepted for a refund if they are returned in the same condition as you received them. After inspection and satisfactory fulfilment, we will refund the cost of the goods in full including delivery. However, the sender will be responsible for the cost incurred in returning the item to us.
1.2) If you cancel the orders after the goods have already been dispatched, we will refund the Products, minus any costs we incur to get these good back to us.
1.3) After the defective products are examined by us, we will send you an email for confirmation of your refund within a reasonable period. We try to process the refund due as soon as possible, mostly, within 30 days after confirmation e-mail has been sent to you by us. When the Faulty goods are returned by you without any fault caused by you or your servant or agent, we will give full refund, this will include the delivery charges to send the item to you as well as your costs in returning the item to us.
1.4) If for any reason any products are damaged during transit, please make a note of this at the delivery time, and make a mention of the delivery note. You must refuse the delivery of the same. The customer must thoroughly check all items and inspect them for damage to the delivery man and intimate us of the damage with description within a reasonable period.

Yes, we’ll ship your package anywhere that can accept deliveries, P.O. Boxes are not allowed in USA, We send P.O boxes in Puerto Rico.

How does the BeeAttire Beekeeping Suit protect?
The BeeAttire Beekeeping Suit is made with three layers of fabric to offer excellent protection to the wearer. To ensure no stings, we advise the wearer to close the zippers completely and seal the Velcro properly. Similarly, seal the Velcro on the hood also. Periodically checking if the veil and suit are in good condition is a good idea. Any worn out ones must be replaced.
How can I care for my Suit to ensure long life?
Washing – We recommend that the hood be hand-washed in a mild detergent to avoid catching the veil in Velcro. The suit or jacked can be washed in warm water in a machine. Zippers and Velcro tabs must be closed prior to washing. Air out to dry in a flat way, do not use harsh bleach or wring by hand.
Zippers can be kept in top working condition by lubrication, e.g. Paraffin or beeswax produced by your own bees.
Lastly, keep your Bee Suit away from Smoke or High heat as this may cause melting of the fabric, and therefore damage it.
What is the correct way to wear the hood?
The 2 zippers on the hood should be used to open and close carefully and wear it. The zippers work just like any coat with a zipper.

When troubled by Wasps and other insects, you are likely to call upon a professional exterminator to get rid of them. The Bee Attire suit can help protect professionals or even ordinary users from wasps and yellow jackets. Please note that we do not claim 100% sting protection and care should be taken at every stage when handling bees.
Is the bee attire suit really cooler than ordinary suits?
Conventional fabrics retain body heat and do not allow it to escape due to the tight weave. The Bee Attire suit, on the other hand, is made with ventilated fabric and keeps the wearer cool by allowing free movement of air. The nature of the fabric means you can easily wear light clothes under the suit and stay cool.
